He charges 19.99 and 5 extra for mobile app. He simply removed ADT box and placed his box. All the sensors that I bought with ADT worked with them as they are hardwired. Saved lot of money.



Without installing their own equipment(using pre installed equipment), they are charging $25/- for you. Its not cheap actually. There are companies in my area charge $9.99 per month if you want just moniotoring.
