I have asked the question with good intention bro. I have small bit of land and know how unstable farming and income from it is. I have also spent lot of time last year visiting farms, talking to farmers. Wanted to buy more but backed away. ours is an established farm, where as you are going from raw to building an entire new farm which has even more risks. if you know everything and planned accordingly, good for you. all the best.
