first of all they pick IPOs based on offered float (I.e., demand supply) and also prospects. They recommend only the companies offering less than 20% float with decent prospects. And then there are so many IPOs come in a year and we will not have $ to play all if we don’t recycle the capital. So we take profits where we can especially when they run too quickly.
