Same case in Vijayawada as well. A guy(70+) from my neighboring village went unconscious suddenly, but no hospital in Vijayawada provided a bed. They roamed the whole night by keeping him in an ambulance(they already tried various recommendation calls, but did not work). Unfortunately, he passed away the next day.
