same answer as Gudi04 3 of my friends ventured into this and gave up. Main issues 1. too many asking for repair fixes. he used to work every week fixing something or other. One guy had a new apartment, still lot of work. 2. Rent paying issues - Not everyone will pay on time, lot of followup and issues. they will not pay its very difficult to follow up and get the dues. 3. background check - mandatory, but some even though passed, damaged the property when they left. okadu invested in 4 apartments, and finally lost around 100k due to the damages. 4. Ivi kaaka main issue, they will not maintain well, finding a good tenant is very tough and they maintaining the house like we do is not possible Dont try to venture into rental properties. its not worth it.
