3 of my friends ventured into this and gave up.

Main issues
1. too many asking for repair fixes. he used to work every week fixing something or other. One guy had a new apartment, still lot of work.

2. Rent paying issues - Not everyone will pay on time, lot of followup and issues. they will not pay its very difficult to follow up and get the dues.

3. background check - mandatory, but some even though passed, damaged the property when they left. okadu invested in 4 apartments, and finally lost around 100k due to the damages.

4. Ivi kaaka main issue, they will not maintain well, finding a good tenant is very tough and they maintaining the house like we do is not possible

Dont try to venture into rental properties. its not worth it. Peace of mind undadu that too if you are investing huge.
