I think you got him wrong, he is saying about the other way. Military jobs are very important, that doesn't mean other jobs even IT are no less important.

Evari job vallu cheyyali, Military might not be able to do IT job, IT guys cannot to Military, exceptions always will be there.

Doesn't mean one job is less others is not.

Whether its army or Military they deserve great respect, no doubt in that. But very job chese vallani kinchaparustaru, akkada issue that is pointed by KK saar.
