army selections are always a tough process. Nothing has changed
I get your point, but Army jobs needs passion and be ready to die if needed. That makes them different from others. Its not that easy to take that route even one is worthless. 99% of population even offered great money wont take that job, as it needs that passion which most of us don't have. Also at-least at border things wont be that easy conditions to survive daily bases, they are tough. Thats why they get respect. Country kosam kabatti andaru senti feel avutaaru.
