Second:continuous learning of my core skill set to take it to the next level.
Third: Come out of comfort zone and try different jobs at least within the company like moving to a deferent department/LOB etc.

I am not sure if I am able to fix my communication skills(my 4th flaw) now. crossed fingers and just managing with that.
