paina cheppinavi naaku kooda chaala important. my rationale is that if you can't spend few minutes on your own resume to verify the format, spell check etc. why should I care about you?



I agree. Now, I hired a professional resume writer, and he made it a 'two-page resume' and started seeing the results. I attended one interview yesterday. It's two hours interview, and one of the interviewers praised a lot about the way my resume was prepared. So, I fixed one issue.
