include me in that,. I went to chennai from airport to Tiruvannamalai, but never saw much difference other than traffic

Thumb rule in Chennai or Tamilnadu is to drink hot water.

I lived two years combined, but never face water problem, but that was very long ago. I am sure with population increase, there are issues with water.
