yes, Bapu is an artist n he used to have all the scenes in drawings..he is one such exception..

KRR has everything in his mind..not as soft copies..including tunes, n shots for those music beats..

but no one barring a few has that kind of quality..

average naa telugu movie has 72 scenes

each scene = 90 seconds

72 * 90 seconds = 108 Minutes
6 songs@ 3 minutes = 18 minutes
Fights = 10 minutes
Beginning n end credits = 5 minutes
montage shots + elevation shots of hero = 5 minutes
Roughly = 145 minutes = 2.25 hours of movie...

deenni eee naayaallu 4 hours to 5 hours movie gaa teestunnaaaru...making editors job very difficult..

Sahoooo ki master copy(before editing, given by the director for editing) = 5 Hours movie...

Editor SrikarPrasad had tough time dealing with it...

ofcourse, after just one watch, Editor Srikarprasad called the director for more help...regarding what needs to be kept n what needs to be deleted..

director being a new bee n due to lack of time...said...do however u like...we don't have enough time...n that directors cut has to go for re-recording n dubbing has to be done...so do it as fast as u can ani seppaadu director...

ofcourse we all know the end result...

it could have been made so better...but who is to be blamed here???

Usually Editor SrikarPrasad(National Award winner for Editing) takes 4-6 hours for editing a movie..n no one dictates him time...

for big movies, no one gives time to complete editing as it can either make or break a movie...

but here in this case, the editor was never given a script or given a proper story hearing...
