that size should be without inc basement annaaai..

main level lo 12ft ceilings, sun-room, 2-3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, large windows on the kitchen side, basement lo may be a bedroom..n a home theatre...lots n lots of yard area on all sides...i know a guy who is got retired recently...he actually did something like this..he also had a pool in it...

Love his pool parties...visited couple of times...aahaa...aaa majaa ne veru...
