sodara, I think if you compare Mumabi and NY, i think NY is expensive. Mumbai Vs many subarbs in US, subarbs are much cheaper.

Also, economy okkate kaadu kada, demand and supply kooda kada...India 4 times popluated than US with only 1/3 land kada...
