Invest on land or independent house, its very difficult to maintain and protect it remotely as land gets kabja or maintenance of independent house is impossible unless there is an excellent person who can manage it.



evaro kabja sestharu anedi myth. it happens very rarily if you have a plot in very prime areas where sq. yd rate is like 50k or 75k etc. if you have plots in ventures, it is safe.
