Apart from whatever you are doing to save for college.. Buy a house/flat or something in India or 2nd tier cities in USA. Let it sit for 10+ years and sell it when required for college

I don't agree with this assessment

India lo RE is a losing proposition

a half decent apartment costs 60lakhs plus. And the rent you get is barely 20k. It's a money pit, you're better off holding cash in USA
