The lakers hate media is like crying on everything. Last year June.. people said LA is not attractive to FAs anymore.. they will draw a blank... july 1st Lebby arrived. Then media narative.. lebby is old, alone FAs dont want to come. Back in Jan they said.. all 4 lakers are not good enough compared to bostons tatum and picks. they said zo cant shoot, ingram never reached potential blah blah... Now they are saying Zo+Ingram +3 future picks is monstrous deal no body can refuse. Lol. Immediately.... they are discounting the fact that Kuzma if he develops reliable shot this offseason and goes back to 38% 3pt... rondo+kuz+lj+ad is a really good lineup... just need one more spot up 3+d guy on other side... like Ariza. Next... Media narrative - see lakers are funny they didnt put a trade clause to wait till august... may be they asked and Pels said no. They are thinking Lakers dont have a cap specialist. its hillarious cause they have been clearing up space all 3 years. Now they are saying if lakers clear up space and sign Jimmy they will not have depth to deal with this... Rondo, Jimmy, Kuz, Lebby, Ad. - 5 solid guys. If one goes down other 4 can handle.. but if like GSW 2 or 3 go down.. hard to play. No team can loose starting 2/5 . its obivious.. why is that a discussion??? Here is a more rational take... If you have chance to stack up 3 superstars... Lakers will do it. If they dont get it.. they will go after Tier-2 and fill up depth.. and hope somebody steps up at perimeter.
