Well , its a diversion , confusion tactics ... so far what we hear EC in AP is doing a good job standing for the citizen .. just that they transferred some officials does not mean a huge scam can be carried out especially in AP . YCP banked on vote deletions , it back fired . CBN team has almost good backing from officials on the ground ..due to on-time salaries , fitment and also some degree of freehand ..
