hello brother. Am really happy to hear that you have achieved your dream. I am also very happy to hear somehow my post was inspirational, never expected that  . We (desis) are no less than anyone and in fact most of our people work harder, smarter than majority because we always want to prove that point. However, going forward it gets tougher to move further up; because the number of positions above director will be very few. I am assuming you are at least 10 years younger than me. So you will have better opportunities and higher highs to reach. Target at least two levels higher than your current level and build your own network with executives internally. It comes down to who you know (than what you know) from here on. One last suggestion: enjoy life and try to balance it with work. No point in working all the time and not able to enjoy the results.
