1400 SQ Foot basement ni design setthaava???

with a wet bar in one corner, n opposite to the bar walls, there will be home theater, next one rectangle open space, dani pakkana full bath with 10 showers inside...glass...granite floors in it...




maa basement vachi total about 1100 Sq ft. andulo oka 400 sq.ft utilities room ki vadilesa. maadi walkout, so little bit easier for moving things around. oka 15'x30' rec room with 7.1 cabling, oka side na chinna wet bar with cabinets, oka bed room, oka walk-in closet, oka regular closet, oka linen closet, oka full bathroom. that's all.

graph paper theesukuni, just drew the plan according to the scale. then took it to the city, paid the fee, got it approved.

then hired plumber, electrician, framer. first framing cheyinchanu according to my design. electrical, plumbing rough-in ayyaka drywall vaadini hire chesa. once that is finished, I did all the doors, trim, flooring (cork vesanu), back splashes, painting.

it took several months because I could only spend time over some weekends. this was 10 years ago. ippudu aa vopika avasaram ledu.
