VRK diet is still good for people with multiple issues...n mostly for those who love meat..after attaining results...just go onto Khader Jees millet dietssssssss.......

did a week of VRK diet..lost 7 kgs...then regained 3 kgs slowly...but on the whole...after stopping his diet becoz of good eating habits...weight started going down...never checked weight again...

only benchmark is before all these diets..i had a waist of 36 size, after vrk it went down to 34.5

last 40-45 days...full millet diet...

now my waist is between, 31-32

yes, eating very early, dinner max by 7:30 pm
mostly by 6 - 6:30

fruits on empty stomach
no sugar, milk, eggs,

only kashayams in early morning, on empty stomach..

if i can have fruits, n yogurt...i can continue...any longer...no issues........

this millet lifestyle will get extremely popular..coz u will stay away from those diseases...n your total body begins to get more immunity & stronger...
