I would say he is average...traded away lots of draft picks to get players like George Hill, Korver, Fyre etc and gave bad contracts to lots of average players..of course Lebron hand undhi in the contracts. I think the best available are the Lakers Legend and Sam Hinkie...but Lakers gallaki antha burra undhi ani anukonu. Legend ki Jeanie and Phil taatha tho padadhu...so they might have to promote his son from Director of Scouting to GM and hope Legend will give him advice offline.
