I think they should not do crazy trades..its a free agency destination and let good players come in free agency. They don't need franchise stars around Lebron...they just need good 3 and D players, they don't need much more shot creation...that is how Bucks built the best team in the East with with only 1 great do it all player. If some team is ok to trade a player like Beal, Kris Middleton or Jimmy Butler they should trade 1 or 2 assets/young players and get them. This free agent class has lots of really good 2nd tier, 3rd tier players like Middleton, Tobias Harris, Vuc, Danny Green..4 good shooters that can defend well around a do it all player like Lebron/Giannis etc is an automatic championship contender.
