thanks everyone for the wishes. I will try to answer all the questions in one post: He did mechanical major in engineering, so non IT. He worked as co-op intern for 16 months in actual engineering dept of a big company between his 3rd and 4th year of undergrad. He also worked with at an EPC company as summer intern after his first year. He is starting as jr project engineer, the company is small enough that he will be working on both engineering side and project execution side. again non IT and most of the work is in the areas of oil & gas exploration and processing. Plan is to buy a small place for him in the next 6 months or so and let him out on his own. We will help him with down payment and he doesn't have any debt. Probably I need to buy another car soon. |
