Dr Khader is awesome.. asalu millets intha powerful ani naa kalalo kooda oohinchaledu nenu... and Millets dont make u feel as if u r misssing on rice ...but they are very healthy... 6 hours naanabettandi and eat one kind of millet every 3-4 days and keep changing... also only take coconut oil for cooking...sesame oil is also good... stop coffee, tea, milk(take coconut milk).. and finally run/walk 2-3 miles daily.... |
