I believe its on a corner of two roads. He spent about a crore. Now he is spending another 25 lakhs or so and building a warehouse. He is expecting around 50k per month rent. People offered him 1.3Crores for the land already, that's the appreciation in 3 months. He doesn't want to sell and planning on rental income just to show some white cash flow.
