I have zero trust in this airline and not sure if they provide the hotel at all. Now I have to look for a hotel near by so he can go by a cab as he cannot rent a car (under 25yrs). what a fcuking pain with this airline this is the third time I have issues with BA, once with my wife's ticket and now with my son's. he has issues on the way to Chennai too with AA canceling his flight in the last minute. I am done with this POS.
