madichi.. Moto G4plus konna maa chinnodiki. within warranty phone dead, sent it for warranty repair after so much of time wasted with customer service on the phone. they said the screen is slightly nicked and they have to replace it first before they can look into the warranty repair. for screen they charged me $176 and a month later the speaker stopped working. basically phone became useless. I threw it in the garbage and bought oneplus. bottom line: parama neechamayina customer service and warranty coverage. I would not buy anything other than Apple or oneplus in future. Ignorance is bliss |
