I went to India for a family emergency last weekend. Left on Friday morning and returned on Tuesday (yes, 9/11.. incidentally 9/11/2001 was also a Tuesday). Flew out of Washington Duelles by Air India to Delhi to Hyderabad to Gannavaram. While coming back there is no Air India flight flying into Washington Duelles on that day (it only operates 3 days a week), I had to take a flight to New York JFK and from there a domestic flight to Washington Duelles. While going the journey was smooth and went well as planned (while waiting for my flight in Hyderabad I saw sirivennela gAru walking with his sons. As I was half awake, didn't realize that it was him until he disappeared in the crowd. looks like he had put on a lot of weight after quitting smoking).
