He already consumed his 4 weeks this year. The reason he told me was so sad and I couldn't believe it for a minute. His FIL is suffering from severe case of MS and decided to pull the plug. He scheduled his death in Nov. He is only 53 or so. Its legal now in Canada if one is in terminal condition and suffering. I didn't know what to say other than allowing him to take whatever time he needed. It was so sad. Ignorance is bliss
