With VRK diet, diabetes, BP..etc anni baladooor... Talk 2 a Doc, who is a strong advocate of VRK Diet in VJA, there are tonnes of them right now in VJA, who r doing so... diabetes chitekalo maayam...its just an lifestyle issue from now on...not a disease anymore...
