Junk statement. An individual may do things illegally and it's small potatoes. If it happens in real life by a corporation, there's a legality to it, otherwise govt will screw them up. govt knows illegal stuff happening, but won't do it is conspiracy theory stuff. Wrong doings are prosecuted, and it's not hard to report
