H1's pote aa jobs povu, they will be replaced with somebody. Every day and month, millions of american's move across the country. That doesn't drop the prices, the system is built to withstand these fluctuations

which brings me to my next point. After quantitative easing, banks have more money than they can spend. Developers have smartened and are only building to immediate demand. Combine that with investment groups, REIT's etc... there is lot of money chasing little inventory in the housing market causing prices to spike
