Yes, that's possible if the do just 1 year deals to fill the most of the remaining cap space. Next year cap is jumping up quite a bit, so they can sign one player to a decent long term deal and fill the rest with expiring deals. I think Pop's leverage is now gone. Lakers can also check out Kawhi's health and form this season. This year cap space is very very low...if they spend wisely they should be able to get really good players on value deals. |
