His coaches r fired but never get a good coach after that..anyway, these two r passed and winning with no star coach is also greatness but no dynasty.. None of his teammates are also unable to make deep playoff runs more than 2-3 years, I view this as a big negative as he needs to change team to get new core..4th year wade gave up, this year love gave up...its not easy too, fatigue, injuries or whatever reason...
