Just get a good coach.... offload player management to him. Getting a personal barber, getting some suites stiched up... is not player management. Ability to tell what each player needs to work on... creating sets, behaviors etc... till lebbby doesnt realize that.. its the same anywhere he goes.... ALL dynasties (magic-pat riley, MJ - Phil, shaq/kobe-phil, duncan-pop, kobe-phil) every one had a star coach... what happened when he had eric spolestra... 2/4. it should have been 4/4.
