Prasanth:kinda oka post lo exercise annaavu kada for 30 min..ememi chestaavu? meditation ante oka focus or breathing (pranayam) meeda kudana?
exercise nenu only cardio chesthaanu....brisk walking/jogging/elliptical....adhi kooda too hard gaa cheyanu ...jogging at spped of 4.2 ...brisk walking at the speed of 3.8 for 40 - 45 mins every morning 5 days a week atleast ... idhi ayyaka inti kochi snaanam chesi , then i do pranayama for 10 mins and meditation for 20 - 25 mins ....but naaku konchem seasonal allergies ekkuva ...so naa mukku most of the days pani cheyadhu ...so pranayama naa mukku baagunnappude chesthaa....like 2 or 3 days per week ....meditation after pranayama will give ultimate effect Sasibabu Fan of Chandra Babu and PK
