RE and day to day life. It is expensive on par with Hyd and Bangalore, but not as Mumbai. It is poor mans Mumbai, you can live easily with any salary. You will have options for your salary. Best things are climate, greenery, no power cuts, no water issues, Inka pollution, traffic issues are same as everywhere. you get a mix of cosmopolitan and traditional conservatory.. Education ki best place.. Much safer city. Close poximity to many hill stations. Ilaa positives are more compared to -ves.. Real estate has grown pretty much high in last 15 years due to IT..
