Kitti thammmi,,,if your 140 is approved through company A and you jump to company B immediately after the 140 approval, then your employer from company A can revoke your application if he is not happy with your move to company B. If you move to company B after 6 months of your 140 approval date, then no one can do anything regarding your application.
