South Coastal railway zone is being created now and location not decided. I don't see Vijayawada leaders or Vizag leaders trying for their regions. Vizag is in East Coast Railway with headoffice at Bhubaneshwar. Vizag being the cash cow for East Coast Railway, they are not interested to part with it.
