I stayed for 10 days - awesome experience; total rejuvenation and a kind of bliss...

day-1: registration, lunch, relaxation, mud pack, with optional yoga @4.00pm;
day-2 onwards daily routine:
----------------------------
7:30 - 1 glass (250ml) juice (either lemon or carrot without sugar)
10 am - 1 glass butter milk and papaya
12pm - 1 glass lemon juice (no sugar added)
2pm - 1 glass butter milk and sprouts
4pm - 1 glass lemon juice
6pm - 1 glass buttermilk and apple

Therapies
---------
5:30 - 7:00 exercises and yoga
8am - mud pack
10-12 - 2 therapies (see the list below)
2-3 - 1 therapy
4 - 5 pm: obesity yoga

therapies include - gunji turmeric bath, body oil massage, daily enema, mud bath, under water body massage, reclaining steam bath, salt glow massage, deluxe hydro massage, whirl pool bath, sauna bath, steam bath, cucumber pack...
