I am not a freak kaani, konchem idea undi.

2 months lo 13 lbs ante baane tagginattlu.

Try to do one day cardio and other day strength like alternative days.

Sunday rest is good.

Take Whey Protein Powder 1 hr or half hour before going to gym.

Try avoid rice as much as you can.

I will add more later.
