Esper baa. Ninna adigaav ga here you go:

1) oka kg mutton (lamb or goat. Letha lamb preferable) at room temp(idhi imp)
2) Taginantha Uppu, pachi Karam, Pasupu
3) 2 spoons Ginger Garlic paste(fresh ga rubbindhi)
4) oka cup perugu

ivanni esi marinate seyyi oka 2 hrs

Prep:
1) Oka pressure pan lo masala dinusulu tiragamotha with curry leaves,onion and bunch of chillies esi pasu esi mixture egaali light brown ga.
2) oka tomato kosi eyyi
3) tarvatha marinate sesina mutton esi kalipi marinate sesina mutton bowl lo chala koddiga water esi tolipi curry lo eeyi
4) oka 30% ante water antha vachaka mootha etti 3 to 4 whistles ranivvu
5) pressure taggaka teesi Mutton 80 to 90% vudikaka pulla ga vunna dosakaya pedda mukkalu kosi esuko
6) dosakayi and mutton rendoo vudike daka vunchu avasaram ayithe water add sesukuni
7) salt and karam taste soosi saripothe oka rendu spoon lu garam masala powder(home made) esukuni oka 2 mins aagi kattesi kothimeera virivi ga esuko. tarvatha dicnheyyi

PS: muttom muduruga vunte cooker mootha ette lopu oka rendu pachi vakkalu esuko. tarvatha teeseyochu
