what we know =============== Boeing 777 took off from Kualalumpur at around 12.40 AM It lost all air contact at around 1:30 AM Shocking thing which happened yesterday ================================== Some mobiles of the passengers when dialed were ringing but no one answered while some were hung (after 3 days of disappearence) If they are crashed and died, mobiles should have been in sea or power discharged or switched off What was revealed today ======================= Flight turned back and was flying west (Malacca Strait) for some 500 kms not sure why.... and was spotted by a military radar at around 2.40 am It was flying at a very low altitude (1000 mts less than an usual flight) There was no radio signal, no distress call, no msg to any nearest air station, not visible on radar - Everything got switched off and it disappeared @ 2:50 AM Generally all boeing planes send their status update while in air back using a special tracking mechanism which never ever goes off, but even this went off Some are still hoping for some miracle as no wreckage is found anywhere, not in south china sea neither in Malacca Strait so far ... space for lease
