KCR or somebody can start again swayam palana for north telangana... anything could be possible... I think 2nd SRC is on the way with this nasty decision.... it might look simple.. but India might witness staggering issues of this divisional things soon... nobody care what is available for them but every one point out what is not available for them to prosper.. because that is the easy way to cover chethakaanithanam......
