Thx annai, You can say that this analysis is done by someone else, to avoid their kummings....First line thread title ga pettocchu...

Perceived blunders of "1" and my explanation ( See this only if you watched the movie )...

This is my (Removed the Name for privacy reasons) analysis, So CopyRights are reserved ....

(1) Why does Nasar and team depend on mahesh to solve the Rubic Cube puzzle?

Answer: Mahesh's father teaches mahesh to end the rubic cube in a different way ( which mahesh gets addicted to solve in that way, this is 4 cubes of one colour in the middle surrounded by a different coloured cubes all over ) than
the usual all coloured cubes on one side. You can observe this in the scene just before the Nasar's men enter mahesh's house in hyderabad and couple of other scenes.

Level 2 of the same question: Why can't Nasar's team come figure out all the possible endings of rubic cube rotation and see if it gives any clues. Does he have to wait for 20 years to solve that puzzle via mahesh?

Answer: The cube has 96 slots ( 16 * 6 sides ) to be filled by each smaller color square.

If you want definitive conclusion of solving the mystery you need to proceed systematically by starting at a known combination ( Say all the colours on one side ).
Note that there is only one rubik cube with the markings, So the combinations can't be tried parallely ( unless a copy is made with exactly the same markings on the all smaller cubes).

I was looking at the mechanics of Rubik Cube's rotations in the net to calculate the combinations, and I got the permutations for free ..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubik's_Revenge

total of 7.4 X (10 to the power 45) combinations (7,401 septillion) possible which is a 46 digit number...
And world record for an average solution is 30 seconds ( you can find it in the same link )....So 1051200 combinations can be arrived in an year... ..which means it takes 38/39 digit years to solve the puzzle and resolve the mystery....

So Yes, 20 years is not enough to solve the mystery in a systematic and scientific way without knowing the End combination of the rubic cube...

Level 3 of the same question: Why can't Nasar's team try it using a Super Computer by feeding the mystery cube into a program by taking the pics of it?

Answer: Mahesh ( gautam ) was born in 1986 ( You can see this in his childhood dairy during the climax ) and nasar gets the cube when mahesh's 6 years old...1992 was not a time when photographic processing by super computers was in use.
You can again ask, that processing capability came much before 2012/2013 when mahesh's solves the mystery. A bit of cinematic liberty is taken here.

Level 4 of the same question: How could mahesh arrive at the exact combination in such a short time? Remember There are still a big number of possible combinations ending the cube the way mahesh's father taught him ( 4 coloured cubes surronded by 12 cubes of a different colour )

Answer: Here you can imagine that sukumar has taken cinematic liberty.....( I am not sure if sukumar had thought about level 2 & Level 3 questions though, I just threw those scenarios and answered them ).

(2) Why doesn't Kelli Dorje care about mahesh until he gets killed during the interval?

Answer: Nasar just takes the help of a local mafia leader in goa to kill mahesh's father without any proofs. KD doesn't have any other motive except the payment from Nasar.

Level 2 of the same question: When Nasar is searching for the boy can't he involve KD to take care of handing over the clues to mahesh?

Nasar wants to play the cards of Golden rice close to his chest ( Considering the multi trillion dollar business potential ) and doesn't want any involvement from others ( Especially a smart mafia leader who also deals with hybrid seed business )

(3) What is the need for michael ( mahesh's assistant in london ) to disappear and stay away from mahesh when he's not involved with the truck accident episode planned by Pradeep Rawat's son?

Answer: Michael is definitely involved with Nasar and notifies nasar of mahesh's travel plans and his arrival in london. So when the accident occurs, michael thinks that it's the plot by Nasar and he disappears.

Level 2 of the same question: Does Nasar really need michael to know about mahesh's plans of travelling to london knowing that he himself helps mahesh to travel to london to solve the mystery?

Nasar could have done this through third party spies but may be he doesn't want mahesh to know that he's getting followed until the golden rice is in his hands. Some cinematic liberty is taken here( Not sure if sukumar thought about level 2 of the question )
