Its a new experience to tollywood people. It may take time some time to understand what you are about to see. once you are in to the mood of the cinema you will enjoy the movie. There are no regular hero elevation scenes like hero introduction etc. From 1st scene itself movie jumps into the story. You can't cut a scene as there is link to each scene. There is no waste scene in the movie. Mahesh as usual rocked the movie with his style. He knows that his last movies ran because of his comedy and regular hero elevation scenes which tollywood people like though those movies has new points. Mahesh gets excited if he listens to a new point in the story be it ruthlessness, multi dimention in hero charecterization or simple sensitive feelings in a family. Similarly he got excited after listening to sukumar's screenplay based movie story. 1 is about the screenplay you usually see and appreciate when you see in other languages. Mahesh should have done this with Tamil director and later dubbed the movie in to telugu as a newcomer. Its a treat to watch mahesh in this movie. I sat on a plastic chair among the crowd and many people watched the movie while standing for the whole 3 hours. Many people were watching the movie just standing at the side of the wall, middle of the theater where you walk to get the chairs. Sukumar is an intelligent director but I would love to see this movie directed by puri and screenplay by sukumar as I care for mahesh and I don't want my mahesh to strain himself for director and fans for 1 year as puri can deliver the movie in 3 months and chases shot in bankok with soul in the chases. But this again remains as a regular telugu cinema if directed by Puri and Mahesh wanted to show us a new experience in telugu cinema. It may or may not work for telugu audience who care for regular hero introduction shot with slow motion. I liked the movie for its new screenplay and the twists. I will watch the movie with family tomorrow and concentrate on my work later as I didn't do it sincerely for the last 2 weeks |
