Product Manager>Solution Architect>Sr Developer in terms of growth, visibility, responsibility, creativity, challenging, risk of job, less chances of finding another similar positions.

Solution Architect is best bet as it is between both other roles and safe,

However Product Manager gets more and more visibility and if your current company is a stable company with a product that is going to sustain another 10 years, I would not hesitate to take up this role.

The other choices are in that priority.
