3. he will be reading dirty tricks book where he finds motivation to malpractice
4. he gets motivated to lift design from an other organization violating copyrights
5. and then stickies appear from nowhere showing the various impacts of stealing design..
6. initially he thinks that his manager is playing a prank but later finds out that
7. hez dreaming and the stickies are his own introspections..
8. Once he realizes that its wrong then he drops the idea by dumping the I'm the boss sticky...
9. At that point his manager motivates/helps him to complete the assigned project proposal..
10. on her way back to her cabin, she looks at the sticky and finds out that she also went thru such a phase..
11. when she opens the dairy, the line is strike off which ideally should mean that she went thru that phase once but chose to keep her integrity intact...anduke aa line strike off lo chupinchanu...
12. so the theme is if an org wants to have integrity at whatever they do then it should percolate down to the lowest levels from the highest levels in the hierarchy...at every level to be precise
