Temples were never part of our culture (Sanatana Dharma). Does not matter when the first temple came into picture. There is no mention of them in our scriptures. This is what I remember. So if I am wrong, please point out. 2. I do not agree that Vedas are only 3500 odd years old. I think that they are much older and so is Sanatana Dharma. More of my theories/conclusions in later posts. Be Positive!
