thanks Saru, my key question is that how will congress decide the timelines when everything have to be finalized. when they will pass resolutions and all. How long is this process? Inni issues unnappudu, who will resolve all these issues. And if Govt changes these timelines can go on toss..

then Whip lekunda how will the voting process will impact and what would be the failure chances of voting..

if i have understood you properly....
1. i dont know how much time president gives to assembly...it wont be more than a month or two in my view which i am not sure...constitution does not prescribe it...
2. union will appoint various committees and commissions to decide on various issues...people belonging to both regions will be present in them...
3. whip will be definitely issued to the MPs...this is an important bill, so why will govt take any chances? no they wont take chances...

we have a precedent in 2000 when 3 states were formed...nda 1999 lo vacchina tharuvaatha venta ventane jarigipoyaayi anni steps...parliament lo kooda 2000 summer session lo bills introduce chesinattu unnaaru...ventane pass ayipoyaayi...

in the same way congress wants to pass the bill before parliament elections...so prolong cheyyaru...
